We would greatly appreciate it is you would take a few minutes to fill out a brief
survey about the MLC and the MLC sponcored review sessions. It should take only
a few moments to fill out. There are two different surveys. The first evaluates
the MLC Tutoring Service located in A-Wing Wells Hall. The second evaluates the
review sessions sponsored by the MLC before exams in many large uniform courses.
If you have attended an MLC sponsored review session, we would appreciate you fill
out both surveys.Your answers to our survey will help us to improve the services
of the Mathematics Learning Center for you and future students of your class. All
of your answers will be read and considered very carefully. The MLC would appreciate
your feedback after each review session on the review session survey. The MLC tutor
survey only needs to be filled out once each semester.
Thank you for your feedback!
