Scope

The conference will cover a wide range of topics in quantitative biology. Example topics
include protein structure prediction; molecular dynamics; molecular surfaces;
evolutionary genomics; mathematical approaches to the discovery of gene motifs; gene
regulation; explanatory and predictive models of cellular growth and interaction;
metabolic circuitry and dynamics; signal transduction and enzyme dynamics;
phylogenetic analysis; pattern formation and control; biosensors; cancer formation and
control, and neuroscience.
