Healing Tao

I am a certified Healing Tao instructor. Click here for my training resume.

Healing Tao is a system of "secret" Chinese health practices. It consists of:

meditation
qigong (breath exercises)
internal alchemy (energy exercises)

The practices:

improve health
improve well-being and happiness
provide pathways for sexual and spiritual bliss

Alaska

In the summer of 2006, I drove to Alaska with a childhood friend. The drive was beautiful! All told, probably 5000 pictures were taken on the month-long trip. Click here to see some of the best pictures (in low-resolution for page-viewing purposes) from my amazing trip.

Spiritual Interests

Most of my spiritual beliefs come from Daoism (pronounced "Dow-ism").
However, Daoism is broad and has different (sometimes radically different) schools.
Mostly I follow Alchemical Daoism.
